School Tours 2012
Stonebrook Pet Farm is open for guided tours for schools, pre-schools and groups by appointment only from May 2012.
Option 1
Children can visit the hen house to collect fresh farm eggs, meet Elf the Shetland pony, Podge and Rodge the Kune Kune pigs, Priscilla the Old Spot pig, Albert and Chopin the alpacas, Susie the Soay sheep and Steve and Molly the goats. They can bottle-feed the pet lambs, and feed the calves and the pigs. Children will also have the chance to hold baby chickens, goslings and ducklings.
After the Pet Farm tour is complete, the children can run and play in the large play area and are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to eat in the shelter of the playbarn.
Welly boots, sunscreen and rain gear recommended.
Entry is €8/child.
Refreshments are available.

Dear Jackie and Staff,
Wow, what a day! We would like to say a HUGE thank you for the best school tour ever. We have so many memories from our day out with you. Your family and staff were so warm and welcoming. The location was amazing. The weather was not on our side that day, as it not just rained, but poured the entire day, but it made no difference whatsoever. The tour just kept getting better. We loved everything – the small animals, the selection of toys, the combine harvester, the old farm house, the play area, the sheltered picnic area, the delicious homemade brown bread, the exciting tractor ride, and the chance to touch, feed and hold all of the friendly farm animals. We cannot say enough positive things about STONEBROOK PET FARM. You will definitely be seeing the children and parents from Happy Feet Early Learning Centre in Rathcoole again.
